What does fostering look like?

Fostering means opening your home to a cat or kitten in need while they wait for their forever family. You provide a safe space, daily care, love, and socialization, while Purrfect Paws provides support and veterinary care.

We have foster opportunities for bottle babies, kittens, moms with litters, medical cases, shy cats, and adult cats — so there are many ways to help!

You provide the home. We provide the support. Together, we save lives.

Purrfect Paws Rescue is a small, foster-based rescue with a small team—and there are so many ways you can become part of it!

We have a small facility in Fulton where we are always looking for helping hands. Maybe you’d enjoy helping with our morning feeding and daily care routine, or perhaps transport is more your thing. You can even join our transport team and help get cats and kittens where they need to go!

Not able to help hands-on? We need you too! If you’re good with social media, website design, photography, fundraising, or other online tasks, your skills can make a huge difference behind the scenes.

Whether you have a few hours a week or can only help occasionally, there’s a place for you here. We’re a small rescue doing big things, and we truly can’t do it alone.
